Privacy Policy

At Cleve Massage and Wellness Collective, we take the privacy and security of your personal information seriously. We collect and use your personal information only for the purposes of providing you with quality services and maintaining legal compliance.

Arrivial to appointment

At Cleve Massage and Wellness Collective your time is valuable to us. We ask that you please arrive five minutes early for your appointment to ensure we can start on time and make the most of your session. If you do run late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that your appointment will still need to conclude at the appointed time. Thank you for your attention to this and we look forward to helping you on your wellness journey.

New Clients

At Cleve Massage and Wellness Collective, we welcome new clients and are committed to providing you with the highest quality of care. If you are a new client or haven't visited us in over 12 months, we ask that you complete a Personal History Form prior to your appointment. This form will help us better understand your health history and any concerns you may have. We want to ensure that we provide the best possible care for you, and appreciate your cooperation in completing this important form.

Cancellations 

Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure that both our clients and massage therapists can manage their time effectively.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid any fees.

If an appointment is cancelled between 24 and 12 hours prior, a fee of 50% of the appointment value will be charged, unless the appointment is filled by someone on the waitlist.

If an appointment is cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled time, a fee of 100% of the appointment value will be charged.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping our schedule running smoothly.

No Show

​If you fail to show up to your appointment without any notice, you will be required to pay the full amount of your scheduled session. In addition, you will be asked to prepay for any future appointments to ensure that this policy is respected moving forward. This policy is in place to protect our therapists and our business and to allow us to offer the best possible care to all of our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Illness

At Cleve Massage and Wellness Collective, we value the health and safety of our clients above all else. With this in mind, we kindly ask that if you or anyone in your household is unwell with a contagious illness, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible to avoid cancellation fees. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and safe environment for all of our clients. 

Existing and New Medical Conditions

At Cleve Massage and Wellness Collective, we care about your wellbeing. It's important that we have a clear understanding of your medical conditions, including any new medications, diagnosis, cancer treatments, pregnancy, or new specialist, before your massage appointment. Your safety and health is our top priority, and we will work with you to ensure that we provide you with the best possible care. So, please let us know if there have been any changes to your health status, and we will take care of the rest.
